More February Fun
Another special birthday
Hannah's friends, Delilah & Mikayla turned 4 in Feburary. Hannah was able to attend their special "Tea Birthday" princess-style! Every little girl's dream!

A silly family photo...
In case you're wondering what is around our heads, those are none other than jean bandanas - home made! Daddy came home from work with a big hole in his jeans, so each of us took turns literally tearing the jeans right off of him!
Peanut butter, anyone?

I'm Baaaaaaaaack!
Whew! It has been a whirlwind of several months. As you may have seen, I haven't updated the blog since the beginning of the year. We have lots of news, of which you have probably heard about, no thanks to my blogging technique. Expecting our 4th little bundle of joy, I am finally past the 1st trimester and feeling GOOD!
I'll get around to uploading new photos and updating the blog over the next week. Now that I'm feeling better, my house is already back in shape, I'm tackling MOPS projects like a hound and trying to play catch up in almost every area of my life.
And just in my defense really quick, I tried to update a few months ago, but had forgotten my password and hadn't the time to request a new one. Now I'm back in business! YAY
More soon......

Our Christmas Letter for 2007
I tried something different this year and got them out late, again. However, I only got them out to half of our list. I ran out of ink in the printer, and just never got around to the other half. For that, I am sorry, but you can check it out here if you didn't receive a copy.

Hope for the New Year
I haven't uploaded any new pictures, but I have been doing a lot of thinking lately. I feel very strongly that this is going to be a good year. A wonderfully blessed year. You could say that 2007 was a difficult year for many reasons. Sometimes I lose sight of the grand scheme of things when I'm in the throws of tough times. There were a lot of tough times this past year, but I have been able to look back and actually see God prevailing. This year I want to, no - I need to see God in the midst of day-to-day things that pile up and cause frustration, fear, anger, worry and much more. I am reminded of Jeremiah 29:11 which states, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Wow - what a powerful verse. Another sentiment that comes to mind is a part of a song by Toby Mac which is actually sung by Mandisa. She says, "How do I sense the tide that's rising, desensitizing me, from living in light of Eternity?" My plan for the New Year is to not lose sight of the big picture - eternity. I want to live my life today in light of eternity. This might seem like a big mumble jumble of thoughts, and well yes, I guess it is. Praise God for giving me this hope for our future. Happy New Year!
